We travel to you, and offer one-to-one personalised care, based on your individual needs. ​

Are your practitioners certified professionals?
All our practitioners are tertiary qualified, hold current membership of their professional regulatory associations and work within the relevant codes of conduct and ethical guidelines.
Do I need a referral from a doctor?
This depends on your individual circumstances. If you are a private patient you will not need a referral.
However, if you are on worker’s compensation, have a motor vehicle claim or on veteran’s affairs (DVA), you will require a referral.
NDIS participants do not need a referral.

Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy
Initial Assessment - 1hr
Subsequent Consultation - 30mins
Long subsequent consultation - 45mins
Functional Capacity Assessment - up to 2hrs

Individual / couple / family - 50mins
Initial Couple counselling session - 90mins

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching - 1hr
What are the payment options
We are a mixed private and bulk billing practice and fees are payable at the time of your consultation. We accept EFTPOS, Mastercard, and Visa. Alternatively we can accept credit card payments over the phone.Â
For other billing options, such as NDIS or DVA, please discuss your circumstances with us when you book your appointment.
What to expect
We will visit you at your home at a time that suits you.
For Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy wear comfortable clothing and make sure to have any relevant medical records (MRI’s, CT Scans, Hospital Discharge notices etc) on hand. We will need an open room or space to work in.

For Counselling and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching it is best to sit in a comfortable private space where you will not be interrupted. Face-to-face is preferred for the initial appointment, then online or telehealth can be used if that is your preference.
